Welcome To The Natural Health Immersion (NHI) Jumpstart Program

This is a 4-week course designed to help you cultivate a positive mindset so you can reach your goals and live a healthy life. The modules and workbooks included in this course will give you all the tools you need to create new habits and establish them long-term.

This course is physician reviewed and approved to assist you in unlocking your best self to feel great! It is an introductory jumpstart to my 52 week Natural Health Immersion program

Mindset Reset is the perfect program for those just starting out on their health and wellness journey. You will learn all the essentials including releasing limiting beliefs, journaling, goal setting and more…

WEEK 1: Habits
In the next 30 days, you will learn new habits and how to establish them for the next year. You will learn how to decide which habits are most important to you in order to make the biggest difference in tyour life.
WEEK 2: Mindset
You will learn to adopt a Growth Mindset; believe that your most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work.
WEEK 3: Opportunity
Starting this week, you will build your vision of the future and look for possibilities. Not only will this help you to see opportunities, but you’ll also begin to reframe things that you normally see as obstacles into chances to improve and grow.
WEEK 4: Limiting Beliefs
A limiting belief keeps us from fulfilling our potential. The fact that we accept our limiting belief prevents us from accepting it as truth.
